Job Description
We are looking for skilled and hardworking Steel Fixers to join our construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) used in concrete structures while following safety and quality standards
Responsibilities
Read and follow basic construction drawings and reinforcement plans. Cut, bend, and tie steel reinforcement bars to the required specifications. Install steel reinforcement for foundations, columns, beams, walls, and slabs. Secure reinforcement using wire, clips, and other fastening materials. Inspect steel work to ensure it meets project requirements. Follow all workplace health and safety procedures. Keep the work area clean and organized. Work effectively with supervisors and other construction workers.
Requirements
Male applicants only. Age between 20 and 38 years. Basic English communication skills. Experience as a Steel Fixer or in construction work is an advantage. Physically fit and able to work 10-hour shifts.
